Safety
Your safety is our primary concern. You must immediately comply with any instructions given by the skipper and/or crew.  For safety reasons, we run a non-alcoholic operation.

Damage to or loss of gear
You will be liable to pay for the cost of any damage you cause to the boats, or any rods and reels that you damage or lose overboard (this excludes normal wear and tear). 

Share Catch Policy
We share the catch amongst all customers on board.
*By request, we’ll fillet species that are not required to be landed whole e.g Blue Cod.

Daily Catch Limits
Please enquire about daily catch limits when making your booking as these may change.

Payments
20% deposit is required to confirm booking.
The remaining balance of your invoice must be paid on or prior to your trip.
Payments can be made via Internet banking prior, or on the day via cash.

Refunds & Cancellations
Bookings may be transferable to another day if at least 48 hours' notice is provided.
You must give at least five days' notice to receive a full refund of your deposit.
For cancellations due to bad weather, bookings are transferable to the next available day or a full refund provided.
If the skipper cuts a trip short for whatever reason (i.e weather/safety), we may refund an appropriate portion of the cost.

*On booking with Go Fishing NZ, it will be deemed that the customer has read, understood and accepted these T&C’s.
